Initial Consultation Call

This is an opportunity for the client, family, and caregivers to discuss how the client is currently functioning in their daily activities and if OT would be beneficial to support them.

Initial Assessment

The initial OT appointments will focus on evaluating the client’s skills, setting appropriate goals, and determining a treatment schedule.

At the Clinic, Home Visit, or Video Call

50 mins |  $100

Treatment Session

Treatment sessions will focus on building skills and/or adapting tasks to help the client experience success in goal areas. A personalized approach will be used to help each client learn new skills. Caregivers may also be given home practice programs to help support the client’s progress between therapy sessions.

50 MINS | $100

Goal Attainment

All OT treatment plans will be goal-based. Once goals are achieved the client and/or family may choose to focus on other areas of learning. If additional OT goals are identified then a new treatment plan may be created, and additional OT treatment sessions booked.

Travel: Additional fees to cover travel expenses for clients living outside of Swift Current will apply.

Insurance: We are a private clinic and our services are not covered by Saskatchewan Healthcare. Ask us about insurance coverage.
